This page explains what personal information Stepventa collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, WhatsApp number, the service you need, and optionally your budget and a message.
- Join free (optional): your name and email from your Google account, your WhatsApp number, what you are interested in, and your consent.
- Your browser: we save your light or dark theme choice on your own device. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- If you joined, to send you guides, tips and updates. We do this only because you agreed.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your details are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), whose servers may be outside India. Only the Stepventa owner can open them, through a private admin panel. We do not sell your data. Google processes sign-in and storage for us, and we use Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service, to receive a copy of each enquiry by email. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to that chat.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the reason above.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, or to stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Join free is for people aged 18 or older. Our enquiry form is meant for business owners, not children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
